Temporary employment is based on the legal acts regulating the activity of work agencies, especially Temporary Employment Act of 9 th July 2003, Promotion of Employment and Job Market Institutions Act of 20 April 2004 as well as Ordinance of Minister of Employment and Social Politics of 26 January 2009 on temporary work agencies. All legal acts are available in our offices.
